Tempe is our home city: our office sits on East Southern Avenue, so we're minutes from almost any address in town. It's also a city shaped by Arizona State University, which means an unusually high concentration of student rentals, apartment complexes and short-term leases. We do a lot of move-in and move-out cleans here, especially around semester turnover in May and August.

Mesa is the largest city we serve and the most varied: established mid-century neighborhoods near downtown, sprawling master-planned communities like Eastmark and Las Sendas out east, and a significant seasonal population. We handle a lot of seasonal open-up and close-down cleans for winter residents in Mesa, typically in October and April.

Chandler skews toward newer construction and larger family homes, particularly south of Chandler Boulevard in Ocotillo and Fulton Ranch. The city's tech employment base means a lot of relocations in and out, so move-in and move-out cleaning is consistently our busiest Chandler service. Newer homes also tend to need less deep-clean work on the first visit.

Gilbert is heavily family-oriented with large homes and large households, which makes recurring weekly service far more common here than the biweekly cadence most of the Valley prefers. Many Gilbert neighborhoods are HOA communities with gate access. Give us your gate code when you book and we'll handle the rest.

We regularly take bookings in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Paradise Valley, Glendale, Guadalupe and other nearby cities. Get in touch and we'll let you know if we can reach you.
